First Time Rower - Overall Pleased

This is my first time using a rowing machine and so far so good. It is quiet, comfortable, and to this point it is operating perfectly. The basically mandatory $40 a month iFIT subscription is the reason I did not give 5 stars. So far I am enjoying the content but do not like that Netflix, etc require the subscription.

Nice machine

Great machine so far, very use to use. The screen has great quality. The Velcro straps for the feet are great since they make adjustments easy and quick. For me, the seat could use more padding but I don't have much experience with rowers.

Overall Expensive for what you get

This machine is ok. It works as should, positive is that we like the big swivel screen. But, there is some quality lacking in the seat and its slide—seat is hard and uncomfortable and when one gets off it bangs sliding back and feels like it could be better design for this level investment. The row belt seems to work smoothly. Overall, believe it’s too expensive esp with the membership costs too.

Broken upon arrival

This machine arrived broken and has stayed broken after two repair trips and no fix has been reported or replacement offered. The only thing I was offered was one free month of I-fit.
