Works great, easy to understand, and even looks great. Tons of beginner classes to help get you started, nature rowwing coarses, even yoga. If don't pay for assembly, have at least one sturdy friend to help you. This thing is heavy duty!

I’ve had some ready good workouts and it’s working on toning my arms, legs, glutes and stomach. I’ve had it for one month and can’t stay off of it. Everyone needs this rowing machine. The big screen and workouts are great. Love that you can follow along with the instructor while they are pushing you to strive and to keep going.

I love the rower. Best workout for my 64 year old body. Not hard on my knees. I have lost weight too!! (15 lbs)
