I’m a little anxious about purchasing two more Solar Panels before winter arrives.

I bought 2 lorex systems. I bought the 32 channel, 2 PTZ’s, and an 8 channel nvr. The clarity is amazing! I am not a techno genius, and configuring these cameras is not easy if you want to get all the benefits and the full features they are capable of. I called customer service and they patiently walked me through it. I can’t say enough about this system and their customer service. This system is all on my monitor and I check in on my phone, or playback when I’m at home. I’ve had other systems that were just too complicated for me to use, so after paying for them, I wasn’t comfortable enough to use them. This system is easy to use! The clarity on the ptz’s is amazing, the varifocal bullet cameras work with the ptz’s and customer service reps are knowledgeable and willing to help. Great experience altogether. Highly recommend this system!

I love my cameras especially my app on my iPhone and this DVR works so well with me changing channels cameras and zooming in from my La-Z-Boy thank you much

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Lorex. Ordering on-line was easy and delivery was within a reasonable time line. We tested the product and found it had excellent video clarity, both day and night. Unfortunately the family wasn't comfortable with the yard being under surveillance all the time with 8 cameras and decided to return the product. Lorex's return policy within 30 days of delivery, and at their cost, was outstanding and somewhat unheard of in our experience. The return went easily with the refund appearing about a week later. I will be letting anyone who's thinking about a camera system to look to Lorex for a great experience and a quality system. Thank you.
