Excellent place to do business with!

We were looking to make a tethered remote for a tracked drill rig and found polycase on a Google search. They had an aluminum box that was perfect for the size required in our application. They already provide step files of the products on the website, so it was super easy to pull the model, draw up what I needed, and then have them quote and make the cutouts I needed. The process was very simple once the modified model was uploaded, I had a quote and prepared production prints in no time at all. When reviewing the drawing before the order was finished, I noticed that I had one of the dimensions incorrect. Sent them a note and had the correction back in about 5 minutes. Very fast and excellent service. I did pay for expedited service as I was in a time crunch to complete this project and they delivered very quickly. From order placement to shipping, it was 6 business days, and I had the finished product in my hands 7 business days later. This allowed me to complete the project on time. The quality of the machining of the holes was excellent and all components fit perfectly. There is no way I could have duplicated this in our shop as we do not have the tools for this type of work. The price was also a great selling point as it is very reasonable. I can highly recommend polycase as a great company with high-quality work, materials, and excellent communication. Will definitely use them again for all my needs with enclosures like this.
