The process of getting and returning the items was flawlessly smooth. The shipping was quick and everyone I interacted with was extremely professional and thoughtful. My only question would be, could Lens rentals have faster shipping options?

Shipped in a Snap Tight container and had simple instructions to resend back in the box. The lens was due to be shipped back on a Monday but I dropped it off on a Saturday at a Dollar Store since my local Going Postal closed on Saturdays til Aug. Not sure how long it took FedEx to pick it up and process it to go back, but they finally confirmed it was back to LensRental nearly a week later.

Great experience, great delivery timing, and excellent pricing. This allowed me to discover that I don't much care for fixed-focal length lenses, but I'd definitely recommend renting from Lensrentals and will be in the future.
