The most helpful employees I have ever dealt with when it comes to companies. It's easy to reach someone, they are not from India, they have never not been able to solve one of my problems. When it comes to their equipment. They always have what I'm looking for. Shipping is a breeze, and I love they let me select from FedEx or UPS for my last order. I pay the 100 bucks for the year to get unlimited free shipping. Great deal. My only suggestion is if they let me have a virtual punch card or credit that grows. After so many rentals getting a free week with a new product would be amazing.

They are truly extraordinarily exceptional

This lens came right on time and I was able to test it out for some travel photography. Photos came out very clear and the lens is not as heavy as the 24-70mm which made it good for travel. Overall, I'm happy with the shots I took and was glad I could test out the lens.
