I'm a digital dunce and had to upgrade iPhones for myself and my wife. The sales staff could not have been more patient and helpful working with me to activate and understand the new phones. iPower has nice products and great prices.

It took me a long time to lay down the $$$$ for my new laptop and was forced to when the old one finally let out its last "bleep" of life. I'd been comparing this one with less powerful and less expensive MacBooks. I'm happy with the decision, it's a fantastic improvement over my dead one. (Obviously. ) I use a wide variety of powerful programs - including Final Cut Pro and others (have you ever tried to use Shutterfly on a slow computer?? Maddening. So. Much. Better. Now. ) I teach and create online. Also, if you are researching sites for purchasing your MacBook, I have been happy with iPower. Have had zero issues, and the price for an open box helped keep my purchasing anxiety down to a level that I could still type in my credit card numbers for the purchase.

Computer is working great for my needs. Thanks to the iPower team for taking time to hear what my use cases were and offering me the best choices for my needs.
