Shipping was very quick, only problem was the initial cardboard box it came in was ripped all over the place. The actual headset box was in great condition though.

Shipping was quick. The PACKAGING though???? Why was it so perfect??? EVERYTHING was either paper or cardboard. It was wonderful that I didn't have to unwind wire or cut plastic.
