I am happy with my unit and equally happy with their customer service. The first unit I received recorded zero for phosphate level. I thought the unit was malfunctioning and reported to customer service. They suggested I send it back and would test it with known samples and then return it if things checked out. Convinced that the unit was malfunctioning, I requested that they send me a new one and I return the one that I had.
Turns out that the new unit did the same thing. Turns out there was no problem with the first unit. The phosphate level in my pond was so low that it did not register. Normal functioning for the meter.
Kiddos for customer service whose priority was to satisfy the customer by listening to what I wanted, even though I was incorrect in my assessment (that the first unit I received was faulty).
