The customer support at Glorious

The customer support at Glorious is next level. Had an issue with my mouse. First I got a great response for problem solving, but at the end there was something with my mouse and I got a new one from Glorious. So yeah you guys did great!

I've been using a Glorious

I've been using a Glorious Model O for around 3-4 years and It's served me really well. No notable issues from the Model O aside from double clicking (which is my fault as well as the old age). Now this Model O 2 wireless feels really responsive, but there are some glaring issues despite not even being owned for a full year, which makes me wish Model O was still available. 1. There are frequent disconnects which require me to either wait it out, or simply unplug and re-plug in the mouse. This is extremely annoying when I'm in the middle of a game. 2. Every time I reset my pc, I have to disconnect and Reconnect my mouse, or else the side button macros I made from the Software glitch out and repeatedly fire until I do what I said above. To give an example, I set my mouse button that goes back a page to "9". If I were to press the button after a restart, it would repeatedly spam 9 over and over again. Aside from those two issues I've had a pretty good experience. I would recommend it to friends if there weren't random disconnects.
