Still awaiting delivery: not very impressed so far!

I'm naturally a little cautious about spending my hard earned money - it was necessary however as my ancient netbook and my wife's laptop were comically unreliable. We've had our fill of cheap high street lap-tops over the years - they are a false economy. Opted for a HP Z-book 15 running Windows 7 as I had this machine with a former employer and knew they were good quality bits of kit. It arrived within 36 hours in as new condition and the initial set up and configuration went like a dream. ExDemoHut's online help was very useful on the two occasions I mulled over my purchase before-hand. A good company providing a good service.

Really can't see what makes this refurbished rather than new (other than the original box, but the box it shipped in fit perfectly). Fantastic price and next day delivery. Would definitely recommend this site again.
