I'm just a regular customer, no relation to Emotiva. I have the RMC-1+, XPA7 GEN 3 7-Channel Amp, BasX 4+, MR-1 and some other odds and ends. Everyone of those items delivered within 2 or 3 days of purchase. I did have an issue with my RMC-1+, I called Emotiva and a real person(s) resolved my issues, no AI. My first processor from them was the XMC(1), then traded to the XMC-2 and traded again to my current RMC-1+. The quality of their equipment is top notch and falls into the high-end category without breaking the bank. Pricing for such equipment results in an ingredible bang for your buck. Not sure how they pull it off.
