You went above and beyond in helping calm me down and making sure my order not only arrived, but arrived a day early. You've got maybe the most knowledgable staff in all of Canada, maybe North America, you know your products inside and out, and even though I'd chose the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 months earlier you ensured that I was getting what I would need for whatI was doing! You honestly took care of me, followed up and never made me feel like a nurden or wierd for asking so many questions! You help track my item, made sure again it was delivered not only on time but a day early, and followed up to ensure everything was all right!
