Great company, other than the wait time for shipping cause they shipped it from China, they were great

I purchased the Phoebe phone case, however, when it arrived, it was for an iPhone 17 Pro, but not the iPhone ProMax I have. I have sent several emails requesting information regarding how to return/exchange this, however, no response. Very disappointed.
