BJCS is an excellent company! I had to order a back cover and a DVD/RW drive for my Panasonic ToughBook CF-31 MK5! The parts arrived within 5 days and were just as described! I also upgraded the SSD to 2TB drive! The videos and the blogs are very informative and helped me not only upgrade and replace parts on my ToughBook but they helped me install Cachy OS on my device and troubleshoot any issues that I had! Very pleased with BJCS and highly recommend them for your needs!
