Service was excellent. I have one question that I am hoping to get answered soon.

The pickup arrived not working properly, but after emailing the team, their tech was able to diagnose the problem quickly. I returned the faulty pickup and once it was fixed, they sent it back. Even though that was a hassle, they were on top of it and because of their efforts, they earned 5 stars from me. Fred C really came through.
