I got caught in the Xbox license approval window, so shipping my Playstation Maxwell 2's took 3 weeks as Audeze was slammed with back orders. Customer service was great with answering my questions and keeping me informed about my order. I really love the sound of the Maxwell 2 as I've had both the 1 and 2 i think the 2's sound cleaner and more rich. I would definitely recommend the Maxwell 2's over any other headset in its price range.
