Not much to say, I was kept up to date with the Lcd-s20 delay, there was transparency,. . issues happen,. . but it's the fact that I Audeze delivered what was promised, and kept us up to date without having to ask for it that counted for me. Great service

The website is detailed and easy to navigate. Awesome customer service, very helpful anytime I have a question. Recommended!
