Ordering was easy and arrived quickly. Was packaged very well no problems.

I've only had the APO2 for a few weeks, but I'm loving it so far. Highlights at this point include baking cookies with 20% humidity so they come out a bit more chewy, and being able do bagless sous vide on a piece of meat before putting it onto fan bake/broil (grill) to brown it off/convert the skin to crackling on a piece of pork - it's so good not having to clean the bags!!

I really like mine! It has a range of uses and I like how it can seal liquids. With my other sealer I would have to freeze the food in the bag and then finish sealing it.

I had the stick which failed after a couple of years and then I bought the oven which I use more than my three other ovens. I wish it was a little bit easier to clean.
