I have owned 2 Anova v1 precision ovens. I decided to pull the trigger on 2. 0 and from the time I set it up I realized that I did the right thing. The display on the front, the ability to list burners on the top and bottom to clean. The camera recognition. It has the same feel as when you finally buy a new car. It just runs better.
