It works well. The thin radiator fits well enough in a Phanteks EX5 case. But closing up that case after the build required some creative placement that made some sharp bends in the hoses to make it fit and close up the glass panel covering the CPU. Not a CON for this radiator just a pecularity of the case because you don't hang the radiator from the top.
