Advanced automation made the process of ordering our new printer and accesories really easy and straightforward. The printer and ribbons came very quickly, but the stickers we ordered had to come through zebra themselves and this was not communicated so I ended up having to get in touch a few times to find out where they were. However each time I got a prompt answer to my question and they did eventually get shipped and arrive. Overall an excellent company to work with!
