I had an issue with a quick lock filter that I purchased (it popped out and the glass lens even cracked), and the people in customer service who I was in touch with were very quick to respond and made it very simple! Because the products are covered by a lifetime warranty, they assured me that they would help me to take care of it and send me a new one. I’m so grateful, because the products are amazing, and I’m really enjoying getting into filming videos!
