123 Security Products

I had a problem with an order through NewEgg, but 123 Security made it right. Good company to do business with.

123 Security Company hired me to take care of 2 Cats they had in their office. I traveled 2 hrs. to get to them, spent 11/2 hr. explaining how we were going to solved their problems with the cats. My office manager sent up this appointment with Karen Freed. Karen agreed to pay me for my service. I put the cats under a 4 month program, in fact I made an error and said it was a 6 month program (this we give to dogs), but I said it & so be it, it will be for 6 months. When it came time to pay, Karen said she could not do this and a check would be sent from the owner the next day. Also, said to speak to a Jennifer at the office. My office manger called that night to clear things up and Karen was so rude and hung up on her 2X. So now they say they will not pay me. With travel and time spent at the office I spent 7 hours. They now refuse to pay me even after I showed them so much to do to help the cats. They say if I try to call them they will call the Police. WHAT! no one has ever treated me or my office manger so disrespectfully. Don't TRUST THEM!! If they do this to us they will do it to you. GO somewhere else!!!! Disgrace.

my cameras arrived and one of the sealed boxes was missing all the hardware.I called Jesse (my salesman) and he took care of the problem in a few minutes. great service,will be a return buyer..Scott

Awesome dome camera for the price. It looks great and can have a wide or narrow focus. It also has DSS though not in the specs. The smart IR works great and has 3 settings. The only issue I had though not really an issue is I had it mounter on a wall and not the celling and the IR seemed dim to me. As it says should go upto 60ft I was only around 12ft and I was a black shadow. It turns out the IR can be unplugged and removed or it can be flipped around depending on how you mount the camera. So that are on the bottom and the light is disbursed correctly. Once I flipped the IR it was great.
