Replacement of early non-grounded charging cord with updated 3-prong version
I could not be happier with the excellent customer service I received after contacting support about the hum in my early model Spark40 amp. After researching online, I felt that my problem was most likely the non-grounded charging cord. I was immediately offered a replacement 3-prong charging cord and brick/transformer at no cost to me. Honestly, I was blown away as to how simple the process was, and how firmly you guys stand behind your products. Thank you!
