The Embr Wave 2 has been a god send for me. I have been suffering for years with hot flashes and night sweats. I can honestly say I may wake up once a night now using the wave compared to multiple times. I wish I got it sooner! Great investment and wonderful product. To anyone on the fence about purchasing one, it totally works in alleviating and calming down hot flashes as stated. It is, in my opinion a life saver for me.

I was waking up every night between 2:30 and 3:30 am then could not go back to sleep until using the overnight setting on Embr 2. If a hot flash wakes me up then it is so much easier to go back to sleep. Love it.
