The entire suite of products is amazing. I had some issues setting the Flint 2 router up with my ISP router/modem. . a support member at GL. iNet was incredibly helpful and patient, and I was able to get everything working. My ISP was completely useless and didn't know how to assist me further! The router is working well and I'll certainly be purchasing the travel router next!!

I had a bad experience on online purchasing delivery because is not done the proper shipment declaration for international shipment, in my case from China to Brasil was done the standard shipment (that not calculates custom tax and fess) the custom hold and charge fees due the correct miss of declaration and they charger me a penalty for it!, DHL have to do the customs clearances and charge for Courier shipment release and Administrative Services, its another product and shipment amount (100%)! For better exemple, you guys have to do the same international shipment services as done by Aliexpress and Amazon. I had shared information in details to customer services, is not my work explain it to you, for a while my better option is to get another brand that offers same product features in a better price . Thanks to asking.

I heard about GL. iNET travel router online and used it. I was so impressed with its performance that I ordered home router and KVM also. To my expectations, the product experience is good. Had few questions regarding setup, it was also resolved within 24 hours. Moreover, I would appreciate the team’s efforts regarding the delivery of shipment during the existing geopolitical situations. They are in constant contact to ensure product delivery.
