I had my eye on a Fiio K11 R2R, and when I saw that they had an open-box certified refurbished model, I snapped it up. The discount was substantial for a unit that was in pristine condition. If not for a slightly beat-up box, I wouldn't have known it was refurbished at all. As far as the K11, it drives my Sony MDR-M1 headphones on low power beautifully, and I love being able to switch between overdrive and nonoverdrive modes depending on what I'm doing. So, strong recommendation for both the K11 as an entry-level DAC, and Apos as a seller!

The customer service department is very responsive and helpful. I have found that there prices are very competitive. I received my purchase within a couple of days after placing the purchase. I would definitely consider purchasing from Apos again when I am looking for new audio equipment.
