Tracking could be a little more US friendly. Usually goes to a page that is in Chinese and then must go through translation process to find which area to place tracking number etc. A bit drawn out. Otherwise your service to me has been very good

Headphone ear covers are so much more comfortable than the standard ones and they are so well,-made it feels like a factory upgrade! Regarding the sound ito my ear it does not affect the sound that much. The only downside is they do tend to get a bit warm being it is August and for log listening sessions but I assume it isn't going to be an issue in the cooler months.

The Gremlin is magic. Impressive delivery.

Topping DX 5ii is amazing! Clear amplification with nice visuals. It could use a little more power to obtain a bit more loudness, thats just my opinion.
