The left side of my Paris earpiece could not be charged recently due to a technical fault. As it is still under warranty, I wrote an email to highlight my concerns and the possibility of getting a replacement. Shortly after, your staff reverted to me and offered a full replacement!
I received the replacement via DHL after a few days after completing some simple steps.
Am happily using my new Urbanista Paris earpiece now and back to enjoying my music! :)
