Sending back food grounds and ordering more boxes is seamless and practically effortless. And when my 1st-gen Mill Food Recycler started acting up? I contacted customer service and within days (!!!) a new and improved 2nd-gen bin arrived along with instructions about how to send back the old one. It was amazing!

Its so rare these days

Its so rare these days to get a product that does what it claims and does it well and doesn't require some kind of monthly subscription. We bought a mill because my wife and I have 3 kids and a live in nanny and there was so much food going into the trash and it was just gross by the end of the week when it was picked up. being able to put basically any food scrap into the mill has been amazing. the trash doesnt smell anymore and we take it out way less often. and the mill itself what can I say a breeze to set up and literally all you do is empty the pail every few weeks. I mean that's literally it. I was honestly skeptical but the mill is the real deal. We are beyond happy.

From delivery, to ease of set-up, to use, to the process of emptying it when full, it’s been a five-star process. Additionally, the Mill app answers all my questions and includes info on whether any particular food item can be added. I’m so happy to have my Mill!
