I received the product that was ordered . The person that called was very personable Greg and helpful. These are going to be gifts and hope to have the one used at the care home to help with Languages that others elders speak. The warranty.... I have to download a receipt for this ? This is a great tool I’m even more excited when I visit Italy so I can use my Enence! When I was unsure of how things work I could reach out to get the help I needed to get things working and very happy with my unit.
