Very much appreciate Jake's service in replacing my old suit

Impressed with how fast my parcel was packed and shipped. Pricing was okay, probably wouldn’t have purchased full price but the items I received are good quality and hopefully last a few summers if I take care.

Unfortunately there is no phone number, so I was a little stressed when I made an ordering snafu (my fault). Even though I had to wait for an email reply, and the order had shipped immediately (insanely fast!), they refunded shipping on one of my orders to help me out. It was a really kind and considerate reply that I’m sure I wouldn’t have got from a larger company. Truly appreciated the refreshing customer care. Have ordered 5 suits now and likely not my last!
