Your customer service is great. Unfortunately, the pants I exchanged for a smaller size are STILL way, way way too big. I'm keeping them because the design is great and the color is even better. I'm going to have them altered to fit.

It does take a while to receive my orders from WRAP, but the wait is always completely worth it.
