Shipping issue
I had placed an order for the lowa zeypher boots and made the mistake of delivering them to an old military base address. After a back and forth with UPS not helping me obtain my package that was being held at the leasing office of the wrong address, manager Kim from customer service helped me so much try and retrieve the package back. After about two weeks of getting the run around from UPS, Kim sent me out a new pair which was customer service at its best. Thank you guys so much for the excellent work and unmatched customer service o have ever seen in a company.
