Ordered the medium cruiser to travel with. It is perfect. Received it 24 hours after I ordered it too, which made me even happier! I got lots of compliments on it, it's large enough for travel needs including a large clutch wallet and glasses case. Nice amount of pockets, and I love the rear pocket to keep my phone handy. Lightweight yet sturdy. It was a bit pricey, but a discount code helped a little. Would buy again.

We had a zipper fail on the gift backpack that I gave my wife, I contacted shorty and they immediately sent a replacement. Customer service is still alive at this company. Thanks for standing up and owning the product. My wife is an occasional light user of this backpack by she loves it!
