A friend has recently been referred to a lower limb physiotherapist who diagnosed arthritis in her feet and spine and recommended that she tried Oofos shoes. As I also have arthritis in the spine I decided to give try out your shoes too. I'm very pleased to say they seem to be working for me! Walking causes a lot less pain when I am wearing my Oofos. They are well made, of good quality and the fit is just right. They do take a bit of getting used to and you need to change your gait, (which happened automatically for me) to feel the benefit.

Sizing is very slightly on the small side but that's made clear on purchase. I ordered sliders but they pinched slightly. Had to go through the returns process which was fast and very simple. I wanted to make another purchase and a one to one email exchange made this process even smoother and hassle free. Will definitely purchase against to add to my growing collection which helps tremendously in recovery for my PF.
