Never received my order

My order was perfect. The pants were a good fit. .

The pants fit well and I’m keeping them. However, they arrived in a ball, stuffed in the bag and were covered in what looks like cat or dog hair. Very gross. I’m washing them and keeping them because I have an event this week I want to wear them to. But this definitely is not the experience I’d expect or want.

A few retailers could learn a thing or two from Lysse about customer service. Good job Lysse!!!!
