I got sent the wrong item accidentally. I emailed to let them know. I got a lovely reply from Emma who told me they would send the correct item. I was in a jam needing specific sunglasses at the last minute - I had just lost my beloved Spotters. Not only did I find the correct model with specific lenses (Spotters, Fury, Penetrator lens) to suit my work (ocean based) and eye condition, Emma at Just sunnies also went above her requirements to make sure my late-placed order went out the door as soon as possible. Not only were they delivered to my door (by a lovely happy courier!) - they arrived about 6hours before my international flight. I am so grateful for the excellent service - and send big thanks again to Emma for her 'going the extra mile' for me. The 10 day trip in blaring sunlight and sea-refraction would have been a nightmare with a last minute purchase from the airport. (I'm having no success adding a video or photo - otherwise I'd add a shot of me 'hiding from the sun' in Micronesia)
