Great jacket , well made, warm , my son loves it and looks good in it. The cusromer service is very helpfull. I had an issue with the USPS and due to a glitch they kept sending my package back to the sender several times(!) , it took couple of weeks to fix the mistake. But Jachs NY customer service communication with me was very good , patient and professional , -- I appreciate it very much.
