I have ordered a dress through French Novelty and needed assistance with sizing. Mathew immediately helped by email. I called their store and he answered the call without hesitation. Now a month later, the dress is just about ready to be delivered and again Mathew is very rapid with his replies. I appreciate his immediate assistance. Excited to see the dress. I got my package quickly. It was neatly packaged. I ordered my oldest daughter a dress from French Novelty in 2008 or 09. It was a Wow by Jonathan Kayne. We still have it. It is still beautiful. I wish we lived close enough to visit the store.
