The customer service is good,
The customer service is good, though, sometimes, you’d be talking to a different person, which could throw me off, but they all were friendly and helpful. I had to exchange my corset, so I got two different experiences with shipping.
The first time, I got it within 3-4 days. It was so quick that I wasn’t expecting it, actually. The exchange was a different story, though not TT’s fault. They accepted my exchange and I paid for them to send me a label to make it easier. As we know, in America, tariffs have become a thing and shipments are crazy right now. My corset was making its way to me, but hit Kentucky and was there nearly a week. I was worried it was lost. TT spoke with me and I believe we both were speaking with UPS about the matter. It did, eventually get here and in time for an event I was trying to get it for. Oddly, I got a bill from UPS for a broker; not sure what was going on there, but because it was an unknown, TT paid for it and I’m glad that they run their business in a way that puts customers first. I’d definitely buy from them again.
