I teach indoor cycling and already have a pair of TIEM brand indoor cycling shoes, this is my third pair of shoes for weightlifting classes and just to west to and from the gym when teaching yoga/ Pilates and you need easy on easy off shoes. But I specifically bought these to teach HIIT classes and tested them out last week. They did great on lateral shuffles and skaters, my foot did not slip with high impact moves like power lunges and burpees or during switch climbers. I recommend them.

Love the shoes!! A bit snug around the ankle getting them on, but just takes a little harder push, not a problem! Perfect fit, feels great, recessed clips make it nice to exit bike and do some floor exercises! Couldn’t be happier all the way around! And… I get a discount for being an instructor 🙏
