Bomber jacket in XXL

I love everything about my bomber jacket except on thing -- The sleeves were too long. Instead of using sleeve lengths in inches that most men are familiar with, such as 32, 32 1/2, Thursday uses and arbitrary inch system that makes absolutely no sense on this model of jacket, unlike on the major league jacket. Who the heck buys an XXL jacket in a 26 1/2" sleeve length?? In short, I ended up finding a leather tailor who shortened the sleeves for $137 with tax for the perfect fit, making my $349 nearly $500. UGH.
