I look forward each time for the live videos! It’s great seeing the actual pieces on the ladies and how they wear all the beautiful accessories. I do find that a lot of the items I purchase are too big so I end up returning for credit. BUT…. . I love knowing I can purchase something else or exchange for another size. Customer service is always so great and helpful. Please don’t change a thing!!!!
