I reached out to Salisbury’s customer care and their response was stunning! They sent me immediately the link to track my order and followed up the process until I received them. I was afraid that the hats would not deliver what they promised, just like so many other Internet products, but it turned out that they were exactly as described. I think, my next purchase will be the gloves.
