I am grateful that the bag was wrapped in separate shipping material as the box was rather damaged upon arrival. The interior wrapping protected the bag quite well.

All of my purchases with Sherpani have been issue free! And the products have all been top-notch. I get tons of compliments on my suitcases! I do wish there was a medium sized suitcase and a backpack for a 17" laptop that I could add to my collection, maybe in the future.
