This was my second order with Roy’s Boys. My son had outgrown his ‘baby shark’ socks, so I order him new along with Bluey socks for his birthday. However I managed to click the wrong size for one pair! When they arrived, I emailed and swiftly had a reply from Laura (sorry if I’ve got the name wrong!) who said it was fine to post back the wrong pair and they’d send out the right size. This was all dealt with within a week, with no fuss and really friendly chatty emails. Thanks so much! My son loves his socks!
