I am very happy with the ring and your guys customer service! I accidentally forgot to purchase the lifetime warranty online and I needed it sized up because the website didn’t offer the size I needed. But when I called the store manager, she gave me the chance to buy the warranty to get it to the size I desired. She also made sure I had the ring before the date I needed it. I absolutely love the ring and when I asked my now fiancé, she can’t stop admiring the ring and have gotten a lot of compliments from others. My fiancé loves opal and this ring was everything and more than she dreamed of. Thank you guys for everything and I will definitely will be going through you guys for all my jewelry needs.

Ordered my ring online and came promptly. Had to have it resized at the closest store location in Fairview heights. Customer service was excellent. Received my ring back in two weeks as quoted.
