I Ordered the pac boots accidentally instead of extreme freezer boots they were returned in one day with free return shipping and the correct boots (error on my part) arrived in 2 days and all I can say is my feet stay warm in a -20°F freezer and I’ve pulled 14-15hr shifts hands down warm

i would like send back my soft shell jacket . i did not use,and get a hard shell jacket. my boot size i tried a smaler size it didnt work i got a larger size it work out?
