great service, shipping on time, brilliant product, generally a lovely company all round!

Amazing!!!

My order was shipped out the same day, despite ordering a little after 12, which is their cut off. I was so impressed by that. My order was a little delayed because of the Royal Mail strikes, but that’s not the company’s fault. I did find my fold was a little too big for me, but Andrea was super helpful and arranged for a pick up so I didn’t have to do anything. Amazing customer service.
