Originally ordered 2 items and was sent the wrong stuff. A simple email to NAKED customer service and they sorted everything out. They also complimentary sent another item free of charge. This was the cherry on top of this experience. My wife looked better in what they sent for free then the 2 items I original order. Great job NAKED team for doing right by your customer. You efforts will ensure I order again soon.

The shopping experience was great, product quality is very good too. The delivery was a little longer than expected but worth the wait.
