Excellent. I purchased my hat 18 months ago and have enjoyed it ever since. My hat was recently damaged during a flight from the USA to Italy. I was passing through London on my return home and stopped by Lock & Co to see if it could be repaired. I was excellently served by the staff and I left my hat for repair. I received it at my home in the Pacific Northwest of the USA approximately a week later. It was almost as good as new. I could not be more pleased. Thank you very much.
